- If you are needing to return an item, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving the product. The product must be returned to us within 7 - 10 days. All returns will receive an in store credit, NO CASH BACK.
- You are responsible for getting the item back to us. If an item was shipped to you, you’re responsible for the return shipping fee.
- Items must be returned in the condition they were received. Items must also be odor free, unwashed, tags included. We have the right to refuse a return if these conditions are not met.
- We only replace items that are damaged or have defects. Please contact us within 4 days at email@example.com including a description, and picture of the damaged or defective item. If we're not notified of the damage or defect within 4 days after you have received the item, it will no longer be able to be returned or replaced.
We are not responsible for damage to clothing caused by improper care.
Color of all merchandise is subject to vary due to lighting, camera lenses, phone screens and computer screens. These situations will not qualify for defects and you will be responsible for the return.
