General Order Information

If you have any questions about items prior to placing orders or run into website issues, please contact us via email at threeyellowroses2020@gmail.com.

IMPORTANT: After you have ordered items and have checked out, your item information cannot be changed. If you have any questions regarding the order you placed, please contact us.

If you purchase anything from either of our sale or clearance pages, the item is FINAL SALE. No returns and no refunds. 

Shipping Policy

Standard shipping within the continental United States, is $4.50. We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders over $100 within the continental United States. 

Standard shipping takes 1-2 days to be processed and packaged, so they can be on their way to you! Once the order is processed and ready to mail out, you will receive the tracking number. 

If you run into problems regarding your tracking number, please contact us. Allow 1-3 business days before your tracking information will be provided. If for some reason the tracking number doesn't update, sometimes this happens, please wait until after the "scheduled date of delivery" before you contact us. 

Three Yellow Roses Boutique us NOT responsible for the following:

  • Delays with USPS or UPS shipping
  • Products marked delivered by the Post Office and you have not received them. You will have to contact your local post office for that information.
